Biomedical Service Engineer
Technical Operations & SupportWe are seeking an experienced Biomedical Engineer certified in chemistry and immunology analyzers to lead installations, preventative maintenance, and client support.
- Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3+ years hands-on experience servicing CLIA & Clinical Chemistry analyzers (SNIBE or Genrui experience is a major plus).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with LIS installations.
Clinical Application Specialist
Sales & Customer SuccessLead client demonstrations, provide post-installation application training, and assist laboratory managers with quality control (QC) setups and EQA programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences (registered with KMLTTB).
- 2+ years working in a high-volume clinical laboratory.
- Deep understanding of ISO 15189 compliance and laboratory quality control protocols.
Laboratory Sales Representative
Commercial & SalesExpand our market share in the Coast region by identifying prospective clinics, presenting our analyzer portfolio, and negotiating reagent supply contracts.
- Diploma/Degree in Medical Lab Science, Biochemistry, or business-related field.
